Sakaeya will open Limited Time Shops at LaLaport EBINA from October 8th (Thursday) to October 25th (Sunday).

For 40 years, we have dedicated ourselves to making castella cake in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Using no additives or artificial colors, and incorporating natural honey and oligosaccharides, we have carefully baked a castella cake with granulated sugar. Although it has a fluffy texture due to the generous use of eggs, the bottom of the castella cake is topped with a generous amount of high-quality, crunchy granulated sugar. When you put it in your mouth, the cake and granulated sugar blend together to create an even smoother flavor.
