The extraction progress can be seen at a glance.
A coffee scale that makes it easy to recreate your ideal recipe.

When brewing coffee, you can enjoy a variety of flavors by adjusting the amount of coffee grounds and hot water according to the type of beans and roast level.

On the other hand, calculating the amount of coffee grounds and hot water to pour, and managing the recipe, can sometimes feel surprisingly difficult.
In POLA RIS mode, the amount of hot water poured is displayed as a percentage, so there is no need to calculate the amount of hot water for each pour.
Even if the amount of coffee grounds or total amount of hot water changes, you can see at a glance how much you've poured according to the recipe, making it easier to reproduce your ideal extraction.

Scale Polaris is recommended to support your daily coffee LIFE.
Please come and see it in person at our store.
