Ninben x Craft Beer "ISEKADO" Launches New Beer "Kumashidashi" with the Aroma of Bonito Flakes
Ninben Nihonbashi Main Store has collaborated with the craft beer "ISEKADO" to develop
We have started selling a new beer called "Kumashi Dashi" (Smoked Broth), which has the aroma of bonito flakes.
"I wonder if we can bring out the aroma of dashi (broth) made from bonito flakes directly in the beer?"
—The "Smoked Broth" ramen was born from that idea.
By combining the rich smoky aroma of bonito flakes and smoked malt with ISEKADO's original wild yeast "KADOYA1," we have created a Farmhouse Ale with a quietly lingering smoky aftertaste.
It's a drink that subtly complements Japanese cuisine and is never tiring to drink.
Please enjoy the unique flavor that only two companies with roots in Mie Prefecture could create.
