This luxurious-looking autumn cheese tart is topped with a large, whole chestnut with its skin still on. This year, it has evolved from our previous original cheese mousse to a "Montblanc cheese mousse," offering an even richer chestnut flavor.
With chunky candied chestnuts as a topping, chestnut cream, and chestnut cheese mousse, the rich chestnut flavor unfolds along with three different textures.
