Taiwanese minced meat bun

This special limited-edition bread uses the finest "Hanasaka Rice (Mineasahi)" that was carefully cultivated on the show. It was conceived through a collaboration between HigashiMAX, MAG!C☆PRINCE's Oshiro, and Chef Naito of "Ponche."

●Spaghetti House Yokoi
Ankake Taiwanese mixed spaghetti
This dish features Yokoi's traditional extra-thick spaghetti coated in a special spicy sauce. It's a miraculous fusion with the spicy and flavorful minced meat from Nagoya's famous "Taiwanese mixed noodles." The powerful kick of pepper and chili peppers will leave you wanting more in this limited-time collaboration of original Nagoya cuisine.
