As autumn deepens in October, we have received a shipment of Junmai Ginjo "Inatahime Kyoryoku" Hiyaoroshi.

This junmai ginjo sake, brewed with "Kyoryoku," a sake rice variety native to Tottori Prefecture, is a popular choice at the brewery.
It was pasteurized only once in early spring, and then aged slowly throughout the summer.

This sake, available only in autumn, offers a mellow flavor and a smooth, deep finish, as the youthful freshness of the new sake mellows out.
